General Information

How to Get Started

Fill in a Membership Application Form and pass the form together with a joining fee of RM 100 to your introducer, or submit the form and joining fee directly to a COSWAY Sales Centre. 

Retain the Official Receipt which will be issued and note up the membership number. With this number, it can get started immediately and go for the first sales or recruitment! COSWAY Membership Card will be mailed within a month of your application.


How to Purchase Goods

Once we receive the  membership number, we can start purchasing goods from any COSWAY Sales Centre. We do not have to wait until we receive our Membership Card. Make sure that insist on an invoice whenever transact with any COSWAY Sales Centre. The invoice is the only recognised company document for processing returns and for checking any discrepancies in your Bonus Statement.


Redemption Point (RP)

For new member registration, 30 RPs will be awarded for each new member account registered. As for membership renewals, 20 RPs will be awarded per account renewed. From shopping with Cosway, 1 RP will be awarded for every RM50 nett invoice value.

As long as your membership is valid, you can use all your available RP. However, if you do not renew and your membership expires, you can still use your RP for three months after your membership expired but NO RP will be given to you when you make purchases during this period.


Redemption Coupons

This is yet another unique COSWAY feature that has benefited members tremendously. Every RM30 purchase of COSWAY products entitles you to 1 RC. You will also receive extra RCs for your monthly total COSWAY product sales. These valuable RCs can be used to redeem a wide selection of exciting and unique products featured in the Great Redemption and On-The-Spot Redemption Catalogue for absolutely free or at greatly reduced prices.

Promotion Catalogues

Your joining fee also entitles you to a ONE-year subscription to the COSWAY Promotion Catalogue that will be sent to you every month. Announcements, promotions, special offers, new product information and introductory offers are included in this catalogue.

Silver Volume (SV) & Gold Volume (GV)

Every Cosway product sale you and your group make generates 2 types of volume - SV and GV, which are used for the calculation of various bonuses and incentives for you and your group.

eTransfer

This is a unique feature which allows members or downlines who are also active in eCosway to generate SV / GV from the sales volume (eV) generated in eCosway. With eTransfer, eV (15% to SV and 30% to GV) generated in eCosway account will be included for the calculation of Cosway bonuses and incentives (except PSB).

To enjoy eTransfer, you would have to be a registered member of Cosway for at least 3 months, e.g. if you joined in May, your first eTransfer would be in July.

Contribution of your eV via eTransfer into Cosway for bonus and incentive calculations is based on your eV generated in the preceding month.

	Monthly Requirements
1.	50 Qualification Volume (QV) - For ALL bonuses and incentives
2.	75 Qualification Volume (QV) - For ALL Bonuses and incentives plus eTransfer
3.	A minimum transaction of RM300 from either eCC ,ePC, or any other affiliate programmes, or from a combination of these programmes to qualify for SV generated from these programmes.

Qualification Volume (QV)

One QV is generated for each SV you achieve from the purchase or sale of Cosway products. QV is used only for bonus and incentive qualification.

QV Reserve

QV is reserve helps you qualify in certain months when you need QV for your bonuses and incentives but you have insufficient or no QV. This QV in reserve will be deducted only when it is needed for the monthly bonuses and incentives (and if applicable, eTransfer) that you qualify for. If you do not qualify for any bonus and incentive for a certain month, no QV in reserve will be deducted for that month.

If you qualify: After you fulfill the qualification requirement for that month, any excess QV you have will be kept in reserve to help you qualify in future months.

If you don't qualify: Any QV that you have accumulated will be kept in reserve to help you qualify in future months.

(Please note that you are allowed to only carry forward a maximum of 50 QV each month).
